A strict hygiene and prevention protocol
The safety of our employees and guests is fundamental to us, which is why we have developed a protocol with the best safety and hygiene practices to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay. All our employees have been trained and our facilities have been adapted to welcome you here.
Dispensers with gel alcohol were installed in common areas and are located throughout the hotel, including in the elevator and in the corridors of the rooms.
Our employees wear personal protective masks. The cleaning team is also equipped with acrylic masks and disposable gloves.
We installed salivary protectors (acrylic panels) at the reception protecting employees and guests.
We installed banners at reception demonstrating the correct distance.
The entrance hall windows will always be open ensuring good ventilation and constant air renewal.
We take the temperature of all guests upon arrival.
